An Investigation into the Relationship between Loyalty Program, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty of Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran (Case Study: Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran in Zahedan)

Abstract
Most businesses, especially service companies utilize programs to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to prevent their customers from buying from the others. However, the success of these programs has not yet been proven. Therefore we investigate the relationship between loyalty programs, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty for mobile telecommunication company of Iran (MCI), also known under its brand name Hamrah-e-Aval, which makes up our statistical community and its size is infinity. The sample size was calculated 384 people based on Cochran's formula. In this research the sampling method was targeted. The data collection tool was a 26-question survey. In the present study, after collecting surveys, the questions were coded and data analysis was performed with SPSS software which is specific to statistical tests in the social sciences. At the level of descriptive data analysis, frequency distribution tables, percentage tables, extraction of graphical data (circular and columnar data) and descriptive comparisons have been used. In order to investigate the relationship between variables, to examine the hypotheses, to find meaningful relationships and to prove or reject them, and to answer the research questions, statistical methods and different tests were used by using the SPSS and SMARTPLS softwares as will be mentioned later. Findings show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between loyalty programs, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The findings confirmed the main and secondary hypotheses as follow: main hypotheses that there is a positive relationship between loyalty programs and customer satisfaction and also there is a positive relationship between loyalty programs and customer loyalty. Secondary hypotheses that there is a positive relationship between special discounts and customer satisfaction, There is a positive relationship between rewards and customer satisfaction, There is a positive relationship between scores exchanges and customer satisfaction, There is a positive relationship between special discounts and customer loyalty, There is a positive relationship between rewards and customer loyalty and also there is a positive relationship between scores exchanges and customer loyalty.

Abstract
The growing global population and straining of natural resources on the one hand and the increasing industrialization of production, on the other hand, have led to the emergence of a global issue called environmental racism. Environmental racism refers to the higher exposure of ethnic, linguistic, and religious minorities to hazardous and polluted environments such as toxic and chemical wastes, nuclear and dirty power stations, recycling plants, petrochemical factories, and other potentially life-threatening facilities. The present analytical-descriptive study shows that the geography of environmental racism coincides with the slums and impoverished towns in the periphery of most of the world’s major cities, and in case of continued failure of governments to alter consumption patterns, this problem is set to become a major global challenge in the present century.

Abstract
The heaven is one of the subjects, which has noticed in particular in Holy Quran. God considers the creation of heaven, as his sign, and it has mentioned in many Ayah, in Holy Quran. This book with mentioning some properties, is advised Man to thinking and reflection about heaven, so he can find out God's traits and glory. In seven Ayah in Holy Quran, seven heaven is mentioned. Yet, new cosmology sciences, did not found any sing of this proposition. . It has caused that some groups, with Adherence to this subject, emphasis on the conflict between science and religion. Because of this, this study is purposed to attention and thinking in Qur'anic Ayah, and also investigating the idea of great Islamic philosopher and Interpreters in the area of Qur’anic proposition of Seven Heavens. While clarifying the concept and evidence of this proposition, it proofs the correlation and matching of science and religion.

The effectiveness of teaching existential consciousness on Takestan teachers' psychological well- being

Abstract
The purpose of this research is determining of effectiveness of teaching existential consciousness on Takestan teachers' psychological well-being. The Statistical Society in this research is all teachers of Takestan in 1395-96, sampling method in this research is available sampling. This means that researcher among Takestan guidance schools a school that the number of its teachers was 20 is selected. Then, these 20 teachers randomly assigned into two intervention and control groups (each N = 10) be replaced. Before the intervention, pre-test in both groups (experimental and control) was carried out; The effectiveness sessions of existential consciousness for 10 sessions of 1/5 hours of group sessions and ran weekly in the experimental group, but The control group received no training. After the end of sessions post-test in both groups (experimental and control) was carried out immediately. To analyze the data, univariate covariance was used. The analysis of the data in the two-step test (pre-test and post-test), confirmed the effectiveness of existential consciousness on psychological well-being.
